Cancellation Policy
No-shows and appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. Confirmations (72 hours) & reminders (24 hours) are sent prior to your appointment. If you are unable to confirm your appointment, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date/time to avoid fees.
